09.12.2020 I will be deleting my personal Facebook account upon the arrival of Autumn: the Facebook platform has become a toxic environment where misinformation and untruths are allowed to spread like cancer at the speed of sound. Sadly, the company's leadership is not taking action to stop the cancer from spreading. The lack of corporate integrity combined with the disease of dishonesty is dividing families and friendships and countries. I value wisdom, truth, integrity and empathy. I have no desire to be a part of a platform where there are no disciplinary actions or consequences for those spreading fiction and falsehoods as facts; I don't want to be in a place where lies and hatred are allowed to spread to the point where they damage and destroy democracies.
